Plumbing Service Plan

• Clean Burner Assembly On Gas Water Heater
• Visually Check T&P Valve and Smoke Pipe On Water Heater
• Check T-Stat on Electric Heater and Adjust if Necessary
• Check Kitchen Faucet For Leaks and Corrosion
• Clean Aerators on All Faucets
• Check Toilets For Any Leaks and Proper Flushing Action
• Adjust Water Measuring Device on Toilet if Necessary
• Test all Emergency Shut off Valves For Sinks and Toilets
• Tag Main Water Shut-off
• Visually inspect Gas Connectors For all Appliances
• Tighten any loose faucet Handle Or Packing Unit
